Shipping & Returns
We enforce the same high standards we have for our products to our shipping materials. We use boxes made from 100% recycled cardboard. We use silk paper that's chlorine- and acid-free and is 100% recyclable. The packaging chips we use are 100% biodegradable, compostable and made from natural, renewable sources.
Shipping in Belgium
Shipping inside of Belgium has the following shipping costs:
- Orders < 60 EUR:
- Pick-up point delivery: 6 EUR
- Home delivery: 7 EUR
- Orders > 60 EUR: free shipping
If you choose a pick-up point delivery, you will have to choose the pick-up point after payment is completed.
We currently have shipping set up for The Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg with the following shipping costs:
- Orders < 70 EUR: 10 EUR
- Orders > 70 EUR: 6 EUR
- Orders > 90 EUR: free shipping
We also ship to France, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Sweden, Portugal, Greece, the United Kingdom and Czech republic with the following shipping costs:
- Orders < 90 EUR: 20 EUR
- Orders > 90 EUR: 12 EUR
- Orders > 110 EUR: free shipping
We are able to ship to other countries as well, but we have no standard shipping rate set up for them and use a default rate of 45 EUR. If you live in another country, feel free to contact us, and we will look into the exact shipping rate. You can mail us at email@example.com.
If you are unhappy with your order or you ordered the wrong thing by accident, the products can be returned within 14 days after you received your package.
The products that are being returned have to be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. If the products meet these conditions, we will accept their return and you will receive your money back within 14 days. The money refunded includes the costs of the original shipment, but excluded the cost of the retour shipment.
Opened articles don’t meet the conditions and continue to be your property. If you retour these, it will be considered an invalid return.
